Gingetsu is the only hot spring post town on the Nakasendo, Suwa shuku, with water sourced directly from Wata-no-yu. The ryokan has four outdoor baths, including a private rotenburo that couples can rent for 30-minute increments in the evening. Guests also have access to a public bath and an open-air bath overlooking the traditional Japanese garden with koi swimming.
